iPlacement, Inc. d/b/a Source2

Last Updated: November, 2026

General

iPlacement, Inc., d/b/a Source2 ("Source2," "we," "us," or "our"), provides SMS text messaging services to communicate with job applicants, candidates, and newly hired employees throughout the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

By opting in to receive text messages from Source2, you consent to receive recurring automated and informational SMS messages at the mobile phone number you provide. Messages may be delivered through automated messaging systems or by Source2 representatives acting on behalf of our employer clients.

Participation in our SMS messaging program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to apply for employment, receive consideration for a position, or accept an employment offer.

Types of Messages

Source2 uses SMS messaging to facilitate recruitment and employee communications, including but not limited to:

  • Application Updates: Notifications regarding application status, next steps, and hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Screening: Requests for additional information, screening questions, and qualification assessments.
  • Interview Scheduling: Interview invitations, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling communications.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Employment offer updates, pre-employment requirements, onboarding instructions, and start-date reminders.
  • New Hire Engagement: Check-ins, feedback requests, and retention milestone communications following employment.

Messages may reference the employer or organization associated with your application or employment.

Our recruitment and employee engagement messages are informational in nature. Promotional or marketing text messages, if offered, will require any separate consent applicable to those communications.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your application activity, stage in the hiring process, scheduled interviews, onboarding requirements, and employee engagement milestones.

You may receive multiple messages during active recruitment or onboarding periods, with fewer communications during periods of inactivity.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent or received.

Source2 is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile service provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time.

Reply STOP to any text message from Source2 to unsubscribe from the associated messaging program.

After your opt-out request is processed, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent through that messaging program unless you provide consent again.

If you receive messages from multiple Source2 phone numbers or messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each separately. You may also contact us for assistance with your messaging preferences.

Opting out of SMS communications does not automatically withdraw an employment application or prevent Source2 from contacting you through other appropriate communication channels.

If your mobile number changes or is transferred to another individual, please notify Source2 or reply STOP from your existing number before the change, when possible.

This helps us maintain accurate contact records and prevent communications from being delivered to unintended recipients.

Privacy and Data Protection

Source2 respects your privacy and uses personal information collected through SMS communications to support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

We may work with authorized messaging technology providers and employer clients to facilitate these communications.

Source2 does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
