As Source2’s Director of Client Success, Michelle is responsible for the success of our new customers and ensuring our Client Service Managers are well-supported. Learn More >> Michelle has more than 10 years’ experience in recruitment operations and client service for a diverse portfolio of national clients, ranging from one of the largest personal lines insurers in the United States to an off-airport parking operator. Michelle graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. Her hobbies include spending time with her three kids, watching Gator football, and swimming. 



As one of Source2’s Client Service Managers, Beverly leads recruiting and client service teams for our government and staffing customers. Learn More >> Delivering the highest levels of service in all aspects of the hiring process for Source2’s public sector clients, Beverly and her teams help hire nearly 1,000 people every year. Beverly has more than 10 years of experience at Source2, having worked in both human resources and recruitment process outsourcing. She has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the recruitment process including account management, operations, sales support, and client relations. Beverly is a Florida native and attended the University of Central Florida. Her hobbies include boating, biking, kayaking, visiting theme parks, as well as watching football and soccer. She is a fan of both the UCF Knights and Florida Gators, and she enjoys volunteering for various animal-related causes. 



Angie leads recruiting and client service teams for Source2’s high-volume customers in the utilities, automobile parking, and valet industries.  Learn More >> Angie and her teams review more than 100,000 candidates annually, helping customers hire over 5,000 people each year. Having started in Source2’s payroll department in 2003, Angie quickly moved into recruiting and managing accounts in the utilities, hospitality, and finance sectors. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in management, working directly with clients to provide services that are both unique and flexible to their needs. Angie graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with family, supporting her children in their cheerleading and basketball pursuits. In her free time, Angie also enjoys running. 

 He and his team help our customers hire over 600 great people every year. Before joining Source2 in 2010, Ryan owned his own recruitment firm that specialized in the industrial field. His company grew to achieve more than $3 million in sales by the third year in business. Ryan graduated from Seminole State College in 2000. When he is not at work, Ryan likes to watch sports and spend time with his family and friends. 


Kristine leads Source2’s recruiting and client service teams for healthcare, engineering, and architecture customers. Learn More >> Kristine and her team engage more than 10,000 passive candidates annually. With a background in the healthcare industry, Kristine joined Source2 in 2012 and has held several leadership positions. Her varied professional career has included staff, administrative, and clinical roles. Kristine's passion for matching the right candidate to the culture, core values, and beliefs of her clients has enabled her to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. Kristine gradated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from St. Jude College. Kristine was born in the Philippines and grew up in Hawaii. She enjoys going to the beach, seafood, reading books, watching movies, and spending time with her family and two Morkies.
