In 2009 Source2 effectively planned, implemented and managed a customized business solution designed to fit GE Money's complex needs. Despite a decrease in customer flow, Source2 was able to improve productivity by 5% while reducing cost for GE Money by 45% ($441,764) when compared to the prior year.

Source2 Acquires Professional Alternatives
iplacement, Inc. (D/B/A Source2) announced today that it acquired substantially all of the business assets of Professional Alternatives, LLC, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based professional staffing and executive search company. David Nuxol, Source2's President and CEO stated, "I look forward with excitement to working with the Professional Alternatives team in creating a combined entity focused on productive workforce solutions for both our client bases".
David Dodge, Professional Alternatives' former President and CEO, said "our combined organizations will be able to offer a broader range of services to enhance our clients' profitability." Mr. Dodge will become Executive Vice President of Source2 in charge of its Midwest Division and will be responsible for development of new client relationships and managing the existing acquired business.
Robert Backes, Professional Alternatives' former EVP, will become an Executive Vice President of Source2 and will be responsible for the development of new client relationships and manage business in the Northeast United States. Mr. Backes will continue to work with David Dodge to support Professional Alternatives' clients and candidates.

The company believes the name better represents its focus on performance solutions that increase worker productivity and functional output. The client receives greater value when Source2 takes more responsibility and accountability for its solutions and directly increases and impacts client profits.
At present, 98% of the iplacement/Source2 revenues come from managed staffing (in-sourcing) or out-sourcing client engagements.
The iplacement name will continue as a service brand and represent the recruitment function for Source2.
