Management Randy Davis - Chairman Randy co-owned the Central Florida franchise of Norrell Services, Inc. for over two decades. During that time, the franchise consistently excelled, receiving the highest awards from Norrell, the staffing industry and from the International Franchise Association. When the franchise was bought by Norrell Corporation, in 1997, sales were the highest in the country, nearly $32 million. The skills that led the franchise to success are the skills that Davis brings to the table at Source2 -- strategic and financial planning, contract management, marketing and investment strategies. Mr. Davis is also a Director of the Florida Bank of Commerce and was recently elected to the board of FBC Mortgage Corporation. David Nuxol - President & CEO David is the founder of Source2 and envisioned the business model early on. He is a longtime executive in the staffing and recruitment industry. Prior to launching Source2, David was the Regional Vice President of Norrell Corporation overseeing the Florida Market. His region comprised 12 branch locations, 120 employees and $70 million in sales. Prior, he served as the General Manager and COO of the Central Florida franchise for Norrell Corporation. Sales increased from $6 million in 1988 to $31.8 million in 1997. David's expertise includes strategic sales and marketing, human resource operations and implementation, recruiting and establishing senior level business relationships. David's community service includes United Way, The Orlando Regional Economic Commission and The Orlando Chamber. He attended St. Leo's College and Rollins Executive MBA Program. David and his wife, Lesley, live in Sanford, Florida with their two daughters. Sharon Ball - SVP Human Resources As the former administrator of an Orlando law firm with a $10 million operating budget, and later as the owner/operator of a company that provided consulting services to start-up companies, Ms. Ball was a client of Mr. Nuxol utilizing Norrell Services for recruitment and staffing needs. The business relationship that began at that time, was nurtured by complimentary skills. Sharon's responsibilities with Source2 include office management, budgeting and forecasting, personnel supervision, lease negotiating, policies and procedures development and implementation. David Dodge - EVP, Midwest Division As EVP of Source2, Dave is responsible for business development in the Midwestern United States. Dave came to Source2 in the acquisition of Professional Alternatives where he was a partner and served as President and CEO. During his tenure, Professional Alternatives held a leadership position in the executive search, recruiting and staffing services industries, consistently being ranked one of the fifty fastest growing private companies, one of the top twenty-five executive search firms and temporary staffing firms, and one of the "Great Places to Work" in Minnesota. Dave received a BS from the Carlson School of Business, and serves on The Advisory Council of Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies at the University of Minnesota. Bob Backes - EVP, Northeast Division As EVP of Source2, Bob is responsible for business development in the Northeastern United States. Bob came to Source2 as part of its acquisition of Professional Alternatives, where he was a partner and served on its board of directors. Earlier in his career, Bob held positions as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for UnitedHealth Group, Uniprise Outsourcing Services, and PHP Minnesota. He is actively involved in consulting with clients on workforce strategies, with special focus in the healthcare, managed care and insurance arenas. Bob has over 19 years of human resources experience in the healthcare industry, and holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. Bill Cooke - IT Director Bill is the architect of Source2's technological infrastructure with twenty years experience in software development and business-to-business e-commerce have proven to Bill that with technology, almost anything is possible. Source2 visionaries think about where they want to go and Bill creates the vehicle to get them there. During his career, Mr. Cooke has developed and sold numerous software applications to clients that include such diverse organizations as NASA and Elvis Presley Enterprises. These copyrighted, large scale, commercial applications, primarily in the professional services industries, include over 5000 installations around the world and 15,000 registered users. Bill earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. |
