SUMMARY

Take the lead for marketing Post Warranty Operations and Maintenance activities of Wind Turbine Field Operations. Included will be strategy, proposal development, customer presentations, internal coordination, and proposal development.

Logistics Specialist, Import and Export position provides major logistics support to Wind Turbine Projects in the United States and other Americas. This position requires extensive and widespread logistics knowledge as well as hands on operational experience. (S)he must be well versed in Regulatory matters. (S)he will ensure Compliance with U.S. Import and Export Regulations with regard to proper classification, valuation, origin rules, free trade agreements, documentation and recordkeeping while attending to customers� delivery deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer day to day operational inquiries and ensure all emails are responded to or acknowledged in timely manner.

· Respond to inquiries on shipment status- track and trace cargo

· Receive Pre-alerts and Review Import Documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, declarations, certificates, purchase orders, etc. for completeness and accuracy.

· Log all transportation moves into the Transportation Log and set up transportation file.

· Communicate with foreign and domestic vendors, sales, global sourcing, accounting, etc to resolve discrepancies or missing information to make the import documentation complete and accurate.

· Communicate with steamship lines, freight forwarders, terminals, warehouses, etc to verify and confirm cargo ETA and availability. Update file and transportation log notes as necessary to document milestones.

· Keep a copy of communications and information between customers, vendors and government agencies in corresponding file.

· Ensure timely ISF filings if applicable.

· Classify product according to the HTSUS.

· Provide and maintain supporting documentation for assigned classifications such as Binding Rulings, Explanatory Notes, GRI�s, Informed Compliance Publications, Pictures, Descriptive Literature, etc.

· Determine other government agency requirements applicable to the product.

· Secure proper documentation as required by other government agencies or special programs.

· Input classification/OGA determinations into product/parts database.

· Instruct Customs brokers on proper classification and valuation to be declared on entry documents.

· Possess knowledge of specialty trade areas such as NAFTA, FCC, FTZ, TIB, 9801 and 9802.

· Coordinate delivery to designated locations upon Customs clearance.

· Provide direct support to internal dispatch team.

· Collect and file Receiver Report.

· Collect and file Proof of Delivery.

· Perform audit of entry summary packet upon receipt from brokers to check for accuracy of HTSUS classification, valuations, country of origin, related claims, freight terms, etc.

· Prepare Post Entry Amendment requests to brokers and submit upon receiving approval from Corporate Import Export Compliance Specialist.

· Respond to Census inquiries and obtain back up for responses.

· Forward all communications from CBP to Corporate Import Export Compliance Specialist such as Notices of Action (CBP 29�s), Requests for Information (CBP28�s), Census, Exam Notices, etc.

· Support reverse logistics process including pick-ups, repacking and exportation of surplus stock, damaged items and returns on completion of programs.

· Prepare required commercial documents for export.

· Check documents for accuracy to ensure proper classification, valuation and other data elements for AES filings.

· Prepare Shipper Letter of Instructions to forwarders.

· Ensure all proper forms and documents are completed and filed in compliance with CBP and BIS requirements before freight is picked up.

· Arrange inland pick up export loads and dispatch to truckers.

· Send pre-alert export documents to overseas agents.

· Monitor export shipment until it reaches final destination.

· Review and approve bills of inbound and outbound shipments in addition to special projects.

· File and maintain all required documentation as per government record keeping requirements.

· Monitor problems and implement corrective action when needed.

· Escalate any unresolved issues or risks to the Corporate Import Export Compliance Specialist.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Assistant Parts Manufacturing Authority

Temp position � 6 months

I. Position Summary:

The Assistant provides support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) designees in processing parts through the Parts Manufacturing Authority (PMA) Department by moving the parts, inspecting them, stamping them with appropriate information, and re-packaging them.

II. Essential Functions:

� Moves parts into the PMA department from the warehouse and enters data in the PMA log (15%)
� Moves parts out of the PMA Department to the warehouse (15%)
� Inspects and applies PMA and aircraft ink stamp, as directed, to parts (50%)
� Conforms parts to drawings by utilizing precision measurement equipment (10%)
� Interprets drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for part conformity (10%)

III. Interactions:

Supervision Received:

� Receives general instructions on what is to be done, limitations, quality and quantity expected, deadlines, and priority of assignments from Leader. Uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments independently without specific instruction but receives additional specific instructions from Leader for new, difficult, or special projects/assignments

Supervisory Duties:

� No supervisory responsibility

IV. Minimum Qualifications:

� High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
� One (1) year of training or equivalent experience in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics
� Experience in receiving inspection preferred but not required
� Regular attendance and punctuality

1.0 SUMMARY

Support Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, Inc. (MPSA) Information Technology (IT) by assisting with the securing of IT responsibilities, providing services such as printing, file sharing, etc. and troubleshooting IT services and resources.

2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyzes, plans, designs, and installs new personal computer systems

· Reviews, monitors, and upgrades personal computer systems

· Installs software

· Maintains software

· Trains users on software usage

· Troubleshoots and administers printers, copiers, fax machines, and other IT equipment

· Troubleshoots and administers telephone sets

· Assists and/or orients new hires with the initial usage of information systems hardware and software
