David attended St. Leo College and gained an Executive MBA through the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. As Executive Vice President of Direct Sourcing, Bob is responsible for the oversight of our healthcare, engineering, and architectural clients that have strategic sourcing solutions in place. Earlier in his career, Bob held positions as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for UnitedHealth Group, Uniprise Outsourcing Services, and PHP Minnesota. He has a deep understanding of all HR functions and has led multiple due diligence teams on acquisitions. Bob led a major HR transformation that moved a large HR function into a human capital HR organization with a separate HR service center that included the outsourcing of certain components. Bob has led both overall HR and talent acquisition functional assessments and his passion is to develop best practices and results-oriented HR functions and team members. Bob holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. He also has a bachelor’s of science degree from St. John’s University. Bob is an active member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), currently serving as President-Elect of the SHRM Brainerd Lakes Area Chapter. Cliff received a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, and he is an involved member of the Wake Forest Club of Charlotte. He is a Past President of Charlotte Sales & Marketing Executives and has served on boards of various other educational and civic organizations.
