Source2 is offering distributorships for recruitment process outsourcing under the name, Source2, Inc. in metropolitan markets with a population of 1 million and above. There is no initial investment; Source2 will provide the approved sales partner with training, sales collateral literature, stationery and forms required to operate the distributorship. Sales partners are paid commission based on the gross profit for placements in their marketplace.

Source2′s Sales Partner Program is designed to extend the reach of the company into markets outside of Orlando headquarters. Sales partners are responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with corporate clients in their particular market.

Successful Source2 Sales Partners will have experience in the staffing and recruitment industry or some background in sales or human resources. Because it takes several months to establish a territory, the ideal candidate for Sales Partnership will have some degree of financial independence. Become a Sales Partner

After receipt of your initial application, a Source2 associate will contact you to schedule a telephone interview to begin the process of learning more about your experience and skills.

If you are selected to enter the next phase of consideration, you will be asked to sign a form that explains the confidential terms of the Sales Partnership, and a form that allows us to gather background and credit information about you. You will also be asked for references and possibly other information relative to your approval.

After preliminary approval for Sales Partnership you will be invited to our Orlando, Florida office to meet with Source2′s executive staff. If you are selected, and if you elect to proceed, we will establish a timeline for training and kick-off.

After completion of the training course, successful Source2 Sales Partners will be ready to begin selling in their market. The Source2 team will make field visits to help with the startup process, to meet with prospective clients or to hold an event to help promote your new business. Long term, Source2 executives will be available to keep you informed about what we have learned. You will have access to a constant flow of valuable information.
